Dear TIPLA members and guests,
We are excited to announce that TIPLA will be hosting its annual Spring Seminar on Wednesday March 7th, 2012, from 8:30am to 12:00pm in the morning. The Spring Seminar will again take place at the University of Toledo, College of Law (Auditorium). This year’s itinerary will cover a variety of IP related topics including patent licensing agreements and significant developments in trade secret law, as well as a non-IP related substance abuse portion.
The speakers for the Spring Seminar will include:

John F. Marsh, Partner, Hahn Loeser & Parks, LLP, Columbus, Ohio
Patrick Anderson, President, Patent Calls, Inc., Austin, Texas
There will be 2.0 hours of general CLE credits and 1.0 hour of substance abuse CLE credit available in OH for those who qualify, pending approval. Additional information including a brochure, speaker information, and a detailed itinerary will be provided in early to mid-February.
