The Meeting luncheon meeting of the Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association will be held at the Toledo Club on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.
We are very pleased to announce that our featured speaker will be Barry W. Fissel, member, with Eastman & Smith Ltd. Mr. Fissel has more than 25 years of experience as a litigator with Eastman & Smith Ltd. Mr. Fissel received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio State University in 1978 and graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1981, where he was a student articles editor of the law review. Mr. Fissel is licensed in the state courts of Ohio, is admitted in the Sixth Circuit and has litigated in federal district courts in Ohio, Michigan and Indiana.
This CLE presentation addresses some of the issues that arise in litigation in relation to misappropriation of trade secrets and has been certified by the Ohio Supreme Court for 1.0 CLE hours.
The regular luncheon will begin at 11:45 a.m. and end at approximately 12:45 p.m. The CLE program will commence immediately following the completion of the luncheon. Members are welcome to attend either or both portions of the regular meeting, as time permits. To receive CLE credit, members are required to be present for the full CLE program and to submit a registration form accompanied by the discounted fee.
